I am both a re-applicant and a non-traditional applicant (graduated 2018). I am struggling to figure out an approach to answering these prompts without repeating myself.

1. If you are re-applying, briefly (4000 characters maximum) summarize your activities since your previous application.*

2. If you have already graduated, briefly summarize your activities since graduation. (4000 characters)

I don’t really know but maybe for #1 you could specifically focus on how you have significantly improved your application for this cycle.
Forv#2 you could talk in general about how you have generally filled the 4 years since you graduated.
