I'm looking for a book that a pharmacist would use when preparing parenteral admixtures. I've seen this book before, but I never got the name of it or who publishes it.

For example:

A patient needs olanzapine and doctor prescribes intravenous adminstration of it. A pharmacist will have to find out what kind of solvent to use on the olanzapine. Also, they should know how stable this product would be and how to store it prior to administration.

Basically I'm looking for a book that tells me the maximum solubility, solution stability and all that good stuff.

Thanks!

Is there actually a book somebody publishes that doesn't have rstrictions on its usefulness? The best guides we have at work are home made. The IV Medications Handbook for Nurses/Allied Health professionals is decent...but no info on storage/stability.
