Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has gone through this situation.

I sent a request for a LoR from my dentist who I knew for 10+ years. He was okay about it and the works. I added him on the ADEA and it sent him an E-mail. However, he called me today and said that he could not open the file or something. I'm not really sure what hes talking about but I'm kinda worried. He said to come by tomorrow and try to figure it out.

Anyone gone through this? Its kinda frustrating since he is really busy and I don't really want the experience to be overdrawn.

Anyone with some insight?

they only accept word documents or pdf's. but i am pretty sure the letter is in that. but try checking that

Something similar happened to me, my reference couldn't match my info after he filled in his info "applicant name can't be found". So i requested another form for him and he tried again and it worked.

Yeah I'm not sure. He just said "I can't get into your file". I'm not sure if he means a document or something, or just access my info. Probably going to call ADEA before going to his office.

I could be wrong... but from what I know, there isn't any file to be downloaded.

He just needs to log on, file out the profile (his profile) page and then proceed to write the letter and attach it after he's done and submit.

I had this same problem too and I think that's the resolution to it. Correct me if I am wrong please. I want to be right but in this case if I am totally off, please let me know or else I'll be missing 1 LOR.🙂

what happened with my dentist LOR request is it got lost in his email and by the time he found it it had 'expired' so he could no longer fill it out

i cancelled that one, sent him a new one and everything was fine
