Hi everyone,
I am currently confused in one thing. For recommendation letter, it seems that PTCAS will send out a form to references to write on. Beside that, do references have to create a separate recommendation letter by their own; it means do they have to prepare a real letter before July? Thank you guys so much.

Yes, PTCAS will email them a link to where to write their recommendation letters and evaluate you. PTCAS will include all the instructions with that link, so you do not need to explain anything to those who are writing recommendation letters for you. They can write letters before July or later as long as they meet application deadlines.
