I'm in the process of applying to a lot of Texas PT schools. I'm finding that most require reference forms from references. Should I also send a letter of recommendation from my references or just have them fill out the reference?

I suggest you follow instructions on them. I know on some reference forms it request the reference to supply additional comments along with the checklist, so it varies by school.

It sucks that none of the Texas Schools are on PTCAS doesn't it?
