Your low clinical exposure will limit your chances for interviews. Your MD school list is not realistic. You have state public schools that accept very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state( U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest). You also have schools that look for applicants with extensive clinical and non clinical volunteering (Rush, Creighton,Loyola, Georgetown). I suggest these MD schools with your stats and ECs:
Colorado
TCU-UNT
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
NOVA MD
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Albany
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Vermont
Quinnipiac
You should receive several interviews from your DO list.

Hours hours hours.... discount the DR work and you have just 20 shadowing in the US? I am guessing many people will be counting on their own home hours freelancing while making masks or something... it's not clear how this is going to be received. I would leverage as much help with the food pantry and delivery opportunity while we are still in this situation.

I don't know the domicility rules among the schools you want to attend on whether you count as PA or CO. I agree that your DO list will be more fruitful than your MD chances.

With your hours and stats, I don’t think you should be applying to MD schools at all—especially as an ORM. I say to just stick to your DO school list. If you decide to go for MDs anyways, definitely remove:
UW
Cal Northstate
West Virginia
All for IS bias

yeah, I know its weak. I am mostly applying to DO, but wanted to see if I had any chances at MD, so I was going to apply to some of those to see if they would maybe give me an interview. As you can see I'm very clueless and I was hoping to increase my hours over the next few month but obviously that is not happening.

But thanks anyway for the input, i appreciate it.
