I know different schools require different sets of LORs. How this actually works? Do I send all different kinds of LORs to AADSAS, then from their website select for each school?

Make sure your package of LORs will cover the requirements of all the schools. AADSAS will send all your LORs to all the schools. You really don't pick which letter goes where.

You are halfway there. All the letters that you send to AADSAS are sent to all the schools you apply to. However, the schools don't necessarily have to review each of the letters. For example, in UCSF's supplementary, it asks you to list 3 letter of recommendation writers. If you sent 4 LORs to AADSAS, UCSF will disregard the 4th LOR that was not listed in the supplementary.
The best thing to do is place all of your letters in AADSAS (well the 4 main important ones). Then if a school has any additional letters that they would like which are not covered by AADSAS, just send the schools those letters personally. For example, Tufts requires a Chemistry or Physics LOR. If on AADSAS you only have bio LORs, go ahead and send your Physics one to Tufts itself.

Hope that makes sense.
