When they say you should turn in the secondary "within two weeks" does that include the day that is exactly two weeks from receipt of the secondary?

For example, if you received a secondary on August 1st, if you submit it on August 15th, are you still fulfilling the rule?

And yes, some secondaries do explicitly state to return the secondary "within 2 weeks of receipt of the secondary invitation.

Thanks! (And yes, this might seem a little paranoid, but humor me a little)

If the secondary states that you "should" do something, then that means a preference, NOT a requirement. If XXX Medical School of Super Gynecology says that secondaries should be submitted within two weeks and you use two and half weeks, it shouldn't matter in the least. Pay attention to the wording.

Should/ideally =/= must/required

I feel like if within a secondary invite, the emailer makes it a point to mention any sort of "preferable time frame" then it's reasonable to assume that some consequences might come about if you fail to fulfill that suggestion. lol

You have a point. But if the school prefers/recommends a 2-week turnaround and you submit in 2-3 weeks, then I doubt it matters much, if at all. But if you wait a month or more, then the ice gets thinner.
