I have a job offer in Florida but always planned on going to western US, and taking WREBs. If I go to Florida is there a certain amount of time that if I have my license, I can go to different regions without taking a whole nother set of boards?

I have read 5 years, but that might be for my home state so check with your states licensure website. Also, have you heard of ADEX? I think it's being accepted by thirty-something states now including Florida.
