Registration error?

Hello all,

I have been trying to register for the OAT but keep getting this error:
The specified request cannot be executed from current Application Pool

This happens on Chrome, Firefox, IE, and even on a different computer. Any suggestions?

I know that they are closed for some software update and will not open for registrations until the 4th.
