Hello,
Part of UW's preliminary MSTP application (in addition to AMCAS) says:

Please supplement the AMCAS personal comments by explaining why you are interested in MD/PhD programs and why you are specifically interested in the University of Washington's MSTP. Describe your career plans as you see them now, and how the Medical Scientist Training Program is in accordance with your future plans in medicine.

I don't know about you all, but I felt like I gave every reason why I want to do the MD/PhD in the AMCAS essays. I have no clue what to say. I have already used up all of my stories and I am afrad that anything that I do say will just be a rehash of what I wrote previously. I am seriously tempted just to write a few sentences restating what I previously said, even though that probably is not the best idea. Any suggestions?

I basically used a brief summary of my MD/PhD essay. and then answered the rest of the questions they asked. i.e. my us, future plans
