Reinvention and Recent Work

Any thoughts on if adcoms value recent work and reinvention when it comes to GPA. Hoping someone has some insight (maybe a friendly neighborhood adcom ).

For reference -
Undergrad (2009-2013): 3.2
Since undergrad (2013-present): 3.8
Overall: 3.6

Posted a WAMC thread a while back with great insight on school list but didn’t want to bump it since it’s been so long.

Really just a thread to start a convo and see what others thought, couldn’t find anything recent on this. So apologies in advance if it’s out there...
