So I have been soundly rejected across the board for all 20 schools I applied to. My stats as of the application was:
cGPA: 3.38
sGPA: 3.18
MCAT: 32

However, I have been doing very well since my application. I now have the following stats:
cGPA: 3.47
sGPA: 3.24
MCAT: 32

Essentially, my question becomes what do I do next? The options I have lined up now are Boston University's Special Masters Program, University of Pennsylvania's Post-Bacc, and Thomas Jefferson's MPH. Which one do you think is the best option for me to guarantee admission to an allopathic medical school?

Thanks for your time.

Postbacc is the way to go (because your sGPA is too low). You got rejected from MD because you applied with a low GPA. And how are your ECs?
Pretty strong, lots of shadowing and research, lacking a bit in volunteering but I have a fair amount. Going to do some more over the next year or so.

There are no guarantees, but a true SMP with an earned GPA of 3.7 or better while competing with current med students gives you your best shot. from what I've observed.
