Realistically, I doubt you could do anything. Schools can reject you on many grounds so there is no way to really force them to reconsider you. Especially if this was presecondary. I recall a one or two people on the boards asking for their files to be reviewed again but they just got a stock letter saying that they were still rejected.
It's a pain in the ass but that's just how the process is. Schools where you think you are competitive for reject you outright while reach schools seem to be knocking at your door.
But if you feel really strong about it go for it and see what happens.
