As you know L@Ds are their own little worlds that we have to deal with.
I am interested to hear how you run LandD floors.
Who usually calls for an epidural? OB attending or nurse? Do you have to bring your cart or nurses get it? Is there adequate communication about sick and high risk patients btw you and OB attendings?
How do you deal with arrogant OBs or L@D nurses ))?
