Release. 7 points isn't a large drop, and both are fine scores.

You should release it for two reasons. 1) 231 is a fine score. I have no idea what you are worried about. Most of us don't care for the most part what the score is as long as you have passed it. 2) If you do not release it, what that communicates to me is that you have failed it.
