I believe that states like California and maybe Florida require that you retake the Naplex. For other states, you just have to pay to get an additional license, which will be valid in the state you would like to relocate to.

As for California, you would have to sit for the California Board's own examination...at least for now.

California won't be using the NAPLEX and MJPE until California Senate Bill 361 passes in the state's assembly and is signed into law. I have it on good authority that the executive director of CABOP is very optimistic about this happening very soon. Looks like every state will soon be on the NAPLEX.
