Are any of these realities anywhere for residencies? Which rich hospitals can afford to pay relocation expenses / have other really nice perks for the interns/residents they just signed on?

stanford hospital provides a $3000 relocation reimbursement.

i believe UCSF provides one also but less money.

columbia univ offers a relocation bonus of $3K, i believe.
