This popped up for me too. I guess I’ve been missing this diagnosis pretty frequently and targeting the extruded disc like an idiot.

Yall know how many times a pt has disagreed with me about their piriformis syndrome bc the PT said so?

It's always an extrusion at L5-S1 with S1 compression or an isthmic spondy.
