So I was talking to one of the residents at the hospital that I work at and I asked how attendings, for example, remember THE MASSIVE amounts of medicine that they learn throughout their training? He said that you're expected to learn things and forget it and learn it again and forget until you don't forget it. It seriously boggles my mind.
