What is the best way to remind professors about getting LOR's completed and sent in (I am having them send them into interfolio). I just want to make sure they haven't forgotten. I told them to try and have them done by the beginning of June...one has sent it in, I'm still waiting on two.

Simply send them a polite email to ask them how the letter is coming along. 🙂

There's not harm in asking, as it's part of their job description, they owe it to you, and you are running a tight deadline too 😉
