My roommate and I are leaving for the Winter Mid October - Mid February. Looking to rent out our apt. It is a 10-15 walk from HUP/CHOP. There is SEPTA transportation 1/2 block away to get to center city or to 30th street station. 2 bedroom 700/month per bedroom, may be negotiable. PM if interested. Thanks.
