When applying to DO school, can you repeat your basic science courses(Biology, Chem, Organic) at a community college or lower tier state college?

On the DO application, they only take the latter course into the calculation of your GPA. Can you do this to boost up your GPA? Or is it best to repeat it at your previous college to ensure the same level of education?

I got straight C in Bio, Chem, Orgo, but all A's in upper level science courses. I don't know what to do.

It doesn't look good if the retake school is a CC, but you can do it. It is better to repeat at a CC and get an A instead of not retaking it and settling for a C. Just my humble opinion.
