In my freshman year, I obtained a C+ in Multivariable Calculus and a C in a 2nd level computer science course. Taking into account that these courses aren't requirements for med school (although I may have to use Multivar to fulfill the math requirement in some schools), should I still consider repeating these courses? I will be a sophomore in the upcoming semester and my GPA is currently ~3.2.

No do better in your upcoming classes.

If you want to apply D.O., the AACOMAS grade replacement policy allows you to replace those grades of C with higher grades on a retake. For MD admissions, retakes are averaged in with the original score.
