I contributed to two separate research projects and am listed as an author.
Project A had a poster and eventual online publication
Project B had a Poster (and an abstract)

Poster A was presented once, and Poster B was presented 3 times, resulting in 4 possible ERAS entries. They were both presented at one of the days, so its 4 presentations amongst 3 dates if that matters.

Would you put all 4 into ERAS? Doesn't it look like you're fluffing too much and being repetitive? Especially if Project A is again listed right after "Poster Presentations" on CV under "peer reviewed online pubs"? Would you be even more inclined to not put all 4, thus calling attention to it during IV if you weren't at presentation? Including the Project A Peer Reviewed online ERAS entry, that makes 5 separate entries (1 online pubs +4 Poster) for 2 research projects.

ALSO,
The abstract for Project B was submitted and accepted to be presented at American Heart Association’s QCOR 2011, Washington, D.C. I believe they publish it in the program literature, but not sure if it goes beyond that? Can this abstract be put as be put as "peer reviewed published" or "peer reviewed other than published"? And if the latter, is it accepted vs in press, vs etc.

I ask because when I google the abstract, one of its appearances is on Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes website (http://circoutcomes.ahajournals.org). It is there on the website, in full, with brief mention of how abstract is "embargoed for release at date and time of presentation..." etc. etc. And the site appears to be a journal site, asking for subscriptions and what not. So is this abstract TECHNICALLY published in a journal or not? Or is this site just reprinting the accepted abstracts that were presented at QCOR 2011, and it does not count as a publication? If not, then can I put it as abstract “other than published” or not at all and thus only a Poster presentation?

There is a publication FAQ thread you may find helpful.

IMO:
A - I would list both the poster and the pub.
B - Were all 3 professional meetings vs research day at your med school?
If they were all formal meetings, I would list them all. If one was a med school thing, I would omit it and only include the meetings.

I think it is fairly common for individuals to not present posters they are authors on; just be sure you can talk about the project if it comes up during IVs.

I don't know what the consensus is about listing meeting abstracts as publications. I just listed the poster, but I believe on SDN, I have seen people listing them as peer reviewed abstracts.
