I took a semester long anatomy course (3 units) during undergrad and got a C.

The CC in my area only offers A&P I and II. I've already taken A&P I and will take A&P II in the summer. Each class is semester long and both are 4 units each. My question is, upon completing the entire sequence, will I be able to replace the C that I received in anatomy?
