The member lucy1212 I will not release his real name. Has posted that he was scammed. He says he is waiting for a response from PayPal but I have a copy of the Paypal email that at my request was sent to both of us which states the case was closed and due to him only giving me back a partial refund Paypal instructed him that I was not obligated to return his items because of the settlement. The items he sent to me were not as described. It was explained to the poster that due to him offering me only a partial refund/settlement I did not have to return his item. Due to the nature of his emails I got PayPal involved directly. Despite all of that I offered to return his items to be nice when I could financially afford to do so. I am somewhat older and I will continue to handle this situation as an adult despite the members behavior.
