After being accepted, do we have to report changes in our application that we mentioned BEFORE acceptance?

For instance, I mentioned I would be shadowing a certain doctor in January, but it fell through.
I also mentioned I was hoping to enroll in EMT classes in January, but I got a better job offer.

Do these things merit an update? Or if I'm accepted, that's it?

I believe that once you are accepted they don't really care about anything unless it were to affect their "requirements". Or some legal issues.

I may be wrong however.

unless you kill 3.2 people or fail all of your classes I doubt they care
but definitely mention address/e-mail/phone changes cause they need to contact you

So if I kill 3.1 people I'm in the clear?

No one cares once you're admitted. Don't fail your classes. Don't commit any crimes. Sit back, enjoy the freedom and bliss of being an MS-0.

Travel. Drink. Eat. Be. Effing. Merry. The rollercoaster that is med school is coming soon enough... no need to pre-study. Plenty of time for all of that.

Best of luck!
