Report writing software

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a new report writing software. I really need a new one. I really liked AlbaWrite b/c it can be tailored many different ways. (e.g., with this program you can write the questions and make check boxes to make interviews easier- the program then builds the report for you; you can for example, make your bx observations and clinical interview in the program and then when you click through, it builds the report for you).

Unfortunately, this program is no longer on the market. Does anyone know of a report writing program that can be tailored (preferably a free or low cost program) similar to AlbaWrite? Thanks.

I used Clinicians Thesaurus once, seemed worthwhile, but I don't know if it is what you are looking for.
