Anyone which conditions require reporting to the Health Department (ie sexually transmitted diseases?)

They're listed in the Behavioral section of FA.

And know that some states have different requirements for some disease (i.e. HIV)

they had a question on my exam regarding HIV, but it wasn't the answer cuz you don't report nationally, just only some states require it
