Reporting the MCAT score by August 31st

Would it be took late if if I my MCAT score gets sent to schools by August 31st (7/30 MCAT tester)? Of course, I'll try to have all the secondary applications completed and then submitted as soon as possible without the score first. Am I at a large advantage compared to June test takers here?

Once AMCAS releases my score, should I let the schools know that they should expect to get the scores shortly? Thanks in advance.
