Can someone please give me advice on how to get my score up on the reproduction section? It's the only category I can't even get close to getting a star on. I pretty much get about halfway in the middle of the average grey box thing (like today on nbme 15). Even when I did USWA1 my lowest section was gyn/pregnancy/childbirth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Reproductive questions are really diagram heavy; you need to know the specific sequence to get the question right. Like for the male, what cells FSH and LH hit (sertoli and leydig), and what is released from these two cells (inhibin and testosterone). There are 4 World/NBME questions right there, and they can ask what is blocked and what increases/decreases, etc.

So draw out the explanation diagram on a sticky and paste in your reading source, that's how you will remember the answer the next time. I remember I was having such a hard time remembering what does LH and FSH stimulate in the female (progesterone and estrogen, I think, you can correct me), and it was because World was flipping the order for the male and female of LH/FSH and I kept getting confused, then I drew it out and stared at it for a while, then it made sense.
