I did not want to flood the Interview thread with a new post and give everyone temporary anxiety until they saw it was just a question and not another interview invite. But, did anyone get an email from U Minnesota asking for a paragraph of interest due Sept 18? Just wondering!

I'm asking because the manner in which the email was formatted made it seem like they were only sending that to certain people. Thanks guys!

I also received the email. Got it 9/12 and replied the next day. Haven't heard back yet. My assumption was they sent it to all applicants.

Similar to EyeOnThePrize, I got the email on 9/11 (due on 9/18) and replied asap.
