I am interviwing at LECOM-FL on OCT. 14. I just received e-mail saying my file was complete at NSU. Has anyone ever gotten a response from NSU when asking if they will grant you an interview first of all, and second request a date to be interviewed as you will be in the area. I'm from Cali and don't want to travel to Florida twice during my semester if I don't have to. I know other people have tried this, just wondering if anyone has ever done this to NSU?

When you receive an interview invite from NSU, you call them to schedual the day. Just schedual one close.

Because when I called last week to confirm everything they said my file was complete but I never got an e-mail. plus i got an e-mail today that said they just received my letter of evaluations and signature page.. So I called again to verify, and now they tell me that I need another science professor to write me a LOR. They want 2 science professors and 1 liberal arts. I had already sent 1 Health Professions Committee Packet that included science professor and my HPAC interviewer. Something is fishy!!!

I would contact them again if I were you. They told us that a premedical committee letter would suffice. Did your committee write you a letter or just mail the ones you submitted to them?

One professor on the committee writes it but gets the input of everyone on the committee. Even the secretary for my advisor called NSU.

I got my notification of application complete..and interview invite at the same day...and in my interview invite..it said that they may send out invites without even looking at your LORs...i dono how they work over there..but i scheduled mine for 11/18...NSUCOM is my first choice...and i am out of state...gluck to all that apply..its a grueling process
