Requiring Step 2 CS for Match

I have found a few older threads but can anyone help compile a list of schools that require Step 2 CS in order to rank? I have done some research on my own but it has not helped as much as I would like. I am specifically curious about schools in the midwest. I could not be more thankful if anyone is able to help out and share anything they know. Thanks!

Um, don't know if you saw it, but in the thread about scheduling Step 2 CS, OPD says his program won't rank without CS, and other posters say pretty much the same.

I’m aware of at least one program that makes it very clear on their website that you won’t be ranked if they don’t have your score by 2/1.
