Would it look really bad if I rescheduled an interview?

I was scheduled to go to an interview in an out of state school, and just got invited to my number one choice state school.

What should I do?

They are like my top two schools.

some school really will not allow it except in case of emergencies. others may be open. so, just ask the school. But, don't make the reason you give (if y ou give one) seem like you're not interested in the school.

i rescheduled once with NYU. didn't seem like it was a problem at all. then again, they are one of the most flexible schools regarding interview dates.
