Anyone have an issue trying to reschedule, and not having a day open for testing?? I checked several test centers within about a 3 hour radius from me, and there is 1 day available for the next 3 months. Just wondering if anyone has come across this, and do you just have to travel further out to try and take it?

You should call. Some center might have something wrong with their system syncing with the main system (idk but maybe!). I have two locations fairly nearby with tons of days available for the next three months, but not as many times.

Yeah I might have to call. I knew it would be a little more difficult to get a specific date, but didn't realize it would be THAT difficult. Do you mind telling me what zip code you are in? You can PM me if you would like. Thank you!

If you've rescheduled before, then you're limited within a certain amount of months from your original test date

That's exactly what it is, thank you. I didn't realize there was a limit from the time you actual apply for eligibility to take the test. So I guess if you can't take it by then, you have to cancel the attempt and forfeit the amount paid?

Usually a complete absence of dates - including in neighboring zip codes/cities - means that you're probably reaching the end of your 6 month eligibility period to schedule your test. Try throwing some California and NYC zip codes in there to see what happens.

If you can't take it by then you can let the ticket expire and pay a second time to re-register for the test.

I just checked, and that's exactly what it was thank you. I had some personal issues that came up this year that just made this very difficult for me. I think if I can't take it during the 6 month eligibility, I'd have to just forfeit the amount paid which would really suck!

Yes, if you can't take it within the six month period starting from when you get your eligibility email, then you have to apply all over again and pay the 445 again. 🙁

Yup. I'm determined to make it work. I have a little bit of studying done, and right at 5 weeks until the last day of my eligibility. So I'm just going to put in some very long days of studying. I refuse to let these life obstacles stop me!! Lol. Thank you for your help.

I studied for my DAT from May 26th to June 26th which was about a little more than four weeks and did fairly well. I followed Bootcamp's 10 week schedule and condensed into four weeks with no rest days. It was stressful, and there were days I fell behind. Stick to it the best you can, and you'll do great on the DAT!

Thank you. I'm going to PM you with a few questions.
