Rescheduling problem with prometric...

I was originally supposed to take the DAT on July 6th, but 3 weeks ago I changed it to July 17th. Today I got an email from prometric to confirm my test date on the 6th... Oh shiz! I don't know what happened, but I guess the request to reschedule was never recieved.

I'm not ready for the DAT, its past the canceling time period, and it is a holiday today (and most likely tomorrow the 5th) does anyone know how to get a hold of Prometric so I can figure out what happened, and not lose my $250.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with the online prometric scheduling?

Thats a tough one, I don't think u can get a hold of them the next two days. I would call them on Wednesday 7am in morning. I hope u printed out a confirmation for changing the date and explain it to them and show the the evidence and they'll let u change it. Other than that, if u show up on WED your gonna have to wait 3 months to take the DATs.

How did you reschedule? Did you not get a confirmation email? Were you charged the $25, or have any proof of your reschedule? I'd send an email now, and call in tomorrow, or tue morning.
