Research Assistant Delima

I have a bit of a delima and am not sure how to go about it. About 2 weeks ago I emailed 2 professors about undergrad research assistant positions. I got a response from one last Saturday asking me to send her my resume, so I did. I still haven't heard back from her (I actually sent my resume Monday evening).

Today, I got an email from the second researcher asking me if I was still interested in an a research position. Should I let the second professor know I am interested even though I haven't heard back from the first one yet? I am interested in both professors' research and really need the experience.

I just don't know what to do! 😕 Any advice would be appreciated.

Personally I would say yes, e-mail the second professor if you're still interested. Who knows when the first professor will respond, and it's better to have more options in the end (maybe you will even be able to do both?) Just my two cents!
