Is it really bad to leave this section blank? I don't have any research or awards so I'm thinking of just leaving it blank. Is anyone else doing this?

i left both sections blank last year. Those are really additional things that help boost your application, but they really aren't nearly as important as shadowing, volunteering and other extracurricular experience.
