Hi everyone, I need your help for my 2012-2013 application.😀

My question is this: I worked as a RA for a Ph.D student for her research. She was the first author of the paper, but she had a supervisor for the project. The thing is that I never worked with her supervisor, or I haven't even met this person. In this particular case, which person -the Ph.D student or her supervisor- should I write in P.I section on the application? Would it be okay that I write her supervisor's name as P.I., and indicate that I worked exclusively for the Ph.D student in the "description of activities" section below?

Sorry if I make any grammar or spelling mistakes, and I appreciate for any comments 🙂 🙂

just one quick question. June 4th is the first day that we can make and submit our application, right?

Thanks🙂

List the P.I. on your application. State that you worked with the PhD candidate/ post-doc (whatever she is).

The P.I. is the face of the lab. Put the PI's name on the app.

I was in this exact situation. Most people are too if they'd worked in a big enough lab.
