Bonjour to all,

So, I was wondering if you guyz think i should do research or TA for a semester as an undergrad TA in a freshmen bio class.

I have done 8 months of Ecology research, approx. 2 years Psychiatry research (still work there), and approx. 1 year eye development research (still conducting). My plan was to try and get a paper published in the Psy research next semester and this will require a lot of time, I also have to finish my honors these next semester on eye development.

Do you think I should be a TA or TRY and get a paper published? [Of course it is not guaranteed that I will get the paper published, too many variables e.g. rats don't want to breed that often lol.]

Merci for your advice 🙂

Why do you say tutor in the thread title but TA in the actual thread?

....

I'd do whatever I'm most comfortable with.

Focus on research, IMO.

Sounds like you've already done hella research...maybe try something different and TA? Then again longevity is important, so you should probably keep up with the Psych research as well, at least part time, but maybe forget about trying to get published unless it's a sure thing.
