Really random and I know it’s kind of a far off since I have just recently been accepted into medical school and will be joining the class of 2023, but I was wondering if research/publications that are done in the application year bolster your CV for a competitive residency? Or is it mainly the research that you do during your medical training. I would like to kind of plan out the remainder of my 7-8months so I will be able to work/do research but also enjoy some travel. Thanks!
