Hey everyone!
I was wondering how important research is on on the application? Im looking to get involved in 2 very interesting research projects this fall. When it comes to research, is it the more the better? Thanks in advance!🙂

Typically, the higher ranked the school, as far as USA Today rankings, the more important research is. That said, while more quantity is better, everything else being equal, the more important thing, in my opinion, is what you're able to take away from it. Things like thorough knowledge of your subject area, knowledge of how to do a literature review, submit a proposal, deal with IRB, apply for grants, write a paper, etc.

As far as admissions, publications and presentations are nice.
