Reselling DAT materials- isn't it illegal?

I previously thought that it was illegal to resell materials such as the Destroyer or share DAT Bootcamp subscriptions.. am I wrong?

(I'm not planning to resell my materials since I scribbled all over them..)

I don't think you would be violating any laws if you aren't reproducing the materials for sale. Most of the time these sorts of things end up being civil matters so I would refer to the TOS or if you are really that concerned send a message to DAT Bootcamp.
