Anybody has any idea how to reset the QBank... I would like to start over again and be able to figure out how am I doing second time, the questions I miss again, and stuff like that... Let me know if anybody has figured it out...

I emailed them cause I wanted to reset it so I could sell my subscription which runs until Sept 17th or so. They told me it can not be done.

Imtiaz, yeah I agree with you. They told me it cant be done which I took as they dont want to do it.

Yep, I called them and they told me the same thing "Can't do it"... I wonder if there's a way around that.

NO freakin way man... STILL??? I had this serious problem with Kaplans qbank almost a year and a half ago for Step I... thats utterly ridiculous... they STILL havent resolved this problem...they wont reset youre account, unless you pay for a new one??? USMLE World will reset it at any time... man thats ridiculous.. oh yeah.. my gripe applies to Step II.. man thats so stupid and utterly insane.. why cant they reset an account, you guys probably already know the problem with Kaplan Qbank, and what I am dreading... once you are done with the questions, and are into the second round, when you do one test, and then do the very next one, almost 60% of the next test is exactly identical to the previous one.. so how in the heck do you have time to do the questions twice???? oh my goodness... so utterly ridiculous..

That's precisely the reason why they won't do it. It makes it too crisp and clean for potential buyers.

I also asked them to reset my NBDE Q-Bank and received the same answer (of course), but not before being prefaced by "Why, do you want to give somebody else your login?"

I tried to explain that I merely wanted to see what my stats are REALLY like now, rather than having them garbled in with the stats from stuff I did 2 months ago prior to hard studying. They didn't seem to comprehend it.
