I'm about 100 questions from finishing kaplan qbank and was planning on going through it again (I have 2 1/2 weeks to test day). Is there any way to reset it so I can redo all questions once? I don't want to just set it to "all questions" and see some items 4 more times and others not at all. Has anyone been able to do this?

The other option I've been thinking about is USMLEWorld, which I had for a couple months before I started intense board prep. I finished 97% or something, but with a fairly low score since I hadn't studied at all yet. Would it be worth it to pay for a couple weeks of that and go through those questions instead of qbank?

Good Luck! I called a few times trying to get them to reset mine. It can be done but they'll give you some BS about how it's impossible. I personally know people who have had it done but it took hours on the phone and much more time than I was willing to put in. I finally got the tech guy to tell me that he could do it but his bosses won't let them do it anymore.

While I understand Kaplan's philosophy behind not resetting Qbank, it's just really bad customer service for the customers that they do have. I will never spend another dime with Kaplan after my experience with them and I will never recommend them to anyone. I'm really glad good question banks such as UWorld and USMLERx are coming out so people can start telling Kaplan to shove it.

I would choose the later option and go through world.

Update: I went ahead and bought a month of UW. Since it's been so long since I did the questions I don't remember any of them, but my scores are very different (before studying I was in the 50s, now getting in the 70s!). Maybe I actually am learning something with all this studying.

Also, Kaplan customer service- not so good. I wonder if I can get a refund, since I've only used it for 1/2 the time I paid for...
