Resetting Kaplan Full Lengths

Does anyone know how I can reset the kaplan online full-lengths? I took a Kaplan course last year and reactivated my online material but I can't take the practice tests. It just pops up that I have already taken the exam.

You have to call Kaplan technical support and request for the tests to be reset.
