Hello!

I am planning to take the DAT this August and I went online to sign up and to get my DENTPIN.

Didn't realize taking an exam will cost me over $400..

I'm currently taking a part time job to pay for everything and I think I'll be able to gather such amount by next week.

Will applying to take the DAT a month before when I want to take the exam be too late to select the dates I want?

I'm just little scared thinking all the dates might have been taken.

That really depends on your area. If there are a lot of testing centers in your area you might have some luck but it's probably gunna be difficult. It's honestly gunna be pretty hard to find something next month if you apply for it now though because this is the time where everyone is taking their tests and keep in mind those prometric testing centers aren't just testing people for the DAT but for other tests and certifications. You might end up having to travel a bit if you really need to take it in a month from now.
