Yes.

If you are RCPSC certified, some hospitals and insurance companies might bug you to write the respective ABMS exam, but in general yes. About 40 states also recognize the LMCC for licensure.

But, the converse is not true. Some provinces do not recognize US residencies.

I don't think I implied that.

(I could go off on a rant here how the canadian medical establishment puts up unneccessary red-tape to keep US trained physicians from practicing in their maple plantation, but I don't.)
